Reunion Day|The Journey of Discovering Team Values
In order to further enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness, enrich corporate culture and stimulate team spirit, Faybric organized a group building and development activities under the theme of “Hand in Hand, Fighting for the Top Again”. Participants include members of Foreign Trade Department and Domestic Trade Department as well as Enterprise Operation Department.
In last week's 3.22 a day of group building activities, in the active participation of all partners and joint efforts under the successful conclusion.
This activity, with “communication” and “collaboration” as the core, let everyone fully feel the power and fun of teamwork through a series of colorful activities, such as seizing the market, stacking towers and so on.
During the activity, everyone in the team participated enthusiastically and went all out, and everyone was actively integrated into it, showing a high degree of teamwork and good spirit. Whether we were working together to complete the task or busy at the stove, I deeply realized the team's vitality and cohesion.
This group building activity is not only an opportunity to relax and have fun, but also an important opportunity to strengthen team communication, collaboration and trust. It allowed us to understand each other better, enhanced the friendship between colleagues, and laid a solid foundation for our future work.
