First Step

Fabric Research and Development

Our R&D team develops innovative fabrics and designs through market research and technical experiments. We focus on the performance and style of materials to ensure that our products meet the needs of the market and customers.

Market research and trend analysis

We will conduct market research and trend analysis before developing products. We investigate users' purchasing habits and preferred fabrics and customers' fabric market feedback to analyze and predict which type of fabrics meets consumers' usage scenarios and needs, and develop products in advance.

Research on new fabrics and technologies

We have a R&D and technical team with nearly 20 years of experience. Our R&D and technical team will calculate the materials and styles needed for fabrics based on market research and technical analysis.

Preliminary sample design and testing

When our R&D fabric samples come out, they will first be tested and experimented in our laboratory. We will do appropriate fabric tests according to the usage scenarios of the fabrics, such as using friction resistance and sun resistance to test swimsuit fabrics. After the corresponding characteristics of the fabrics are detected, they will be sent to a third-party laboratory for secondary testing to obtain a more accurate test report to prove what scenarios this fabric can be used for.

Step 2

Fabric Weaving

Our weaving team selects the most cost-effective yarn based on the research and development results, and designers can design designs that meet the characteristics of this fabric to ensure that the product meets the needs of the market and customers.

Yarn Selection and Preparation

After confirming the R&D content, we will start to select suitable yarns to prepare for production. The following are some of the related yarns we use:

Lycra fiber

Lycra is a world-renowned spandex fiber brand and has gradually become a benchmark in the yarn industry. Many of our products use Lycra's spandex fiber. Their fibers are light and elastic. Using Lycra fiber in fabrics can effectively improve the fit and durability of clothing, and can bring long-lasting fit and comfort. Not only that, Lycra fiber can also keep the clothing functional and elastic in different environments. Whether it is sunny or rainy, our clothes are always the same.

Recycled polyester fiber

Recycled polyester fiber is made from plastic bottles (PET) or textile waste instead of petroleum as the raw material of the fabric. Yarn manufacturers will recycle plastic bottles and textile waste, chop and clean them, dissolve them at high temperature, and obtain new yarn through the spinning process. Recycled polyester fiber has the characteristics of polyester fiber material, high strength, wear resistance and wrinkle resistance. We will use recycled polyester fiber fabric to make men's shirts, so that this shirt is durable and wear-resistant while also maintaining the shape of the clothes.

Recycled polyamide

Recycled polyamide is made from waste textiles and waste fishing nets. Yarn manufacturers will recycle these materials for cleaning, shredding and crushing, and finally melt and granulate them, and finally spin them to obtain recycled yarn. The characteristics of recycled polyamide are that it is not easy to tear and easy to dye and print. This yarn is suitable for weaving into products for different purposes such as clothing and furniture. We will use this fabric to make a dress. Because of its good printing and dyeing characteristics, we can better print the pattern on the fabric, so that this dress can get more and more three-dimensional patterns.

Bio-based yarn

Bio-based yarn is made from a series of agricultural waste materials such as soybean stalks, corn stalks, wood pulp, etc. as renewable raw material resources. Bio-based yarn is extracted from yarn raw materials through microbial and chemical treatment, and finally a spinning machine is used to shape the yarn. The sustainability and good biodegradability of this fabric can effectively alleviate the degree of environmental pollution.

Functional yarns

There are two types of functional yarns, one is heterogeneous yarn and the other is functional raw yarn. Heterogeneous raw yarn is obtained by changing the shape of the yarn or adding different materials to the yarn to achieve a series of functions such as quick drying and skin-friendly. Functional raw yarn is added with auxiliaries or functional particles during the yarn manufacturing process to make the fabric more stable in functional attachment, such as moisture absorption, quick drying or cool feeling. They are often more effective and durable than the auxiliaries added in the finishing process.

Setting and Debugging of Weaving equipment

The setting and debugging of weaving equipment will affect the density and weight of the cloth. We will determine the density and weight of the fabric by adjusting the number of needles of the loom. If we use more needles, the density and weight of the fabric will increase more easily. Our weavers need to conduct repeated tests many times to make the fabric meet the customer's satisfactory standards and the outstanding performance of the same product.

Fabric Weaving Process

During the fabric weaving process, we can determine the shape and touch of the fabric by adjusting the position and arrangement of the needles. Shapes such as stripes, horizontal stripes, and bubble wrap require our knitting masters to design the fabric patterns through repeated needle arrangements.

Step 3

Fabric Dyeing

The dyeing stage is the process of coloring the fabric. Environmentally friendly dyeing technology is used to ensure that the colors are bright and long-lasting, and meet environmental standards.

Choose the right dye and dyeing method

The composition and yarn of each fabric are different. Sometimes, the same dye may show completely different colors on different fabrics. Our dyeing team will achieve the color expected by customers through continuous trial and error.

Temperature and time control during dyeing process

We use new dyeing equipment, electronic temperature control and computer management to set the temperature and time control in the dyeing tank to ensure that the whole process is controllable and adjustable.

Color fastness test

After the fabric is dyed, we will send the fabric to the laboratory for color fastness test. Our standard test plan is to place the fabric in a corresponding simulated environment to ensure that the fabric does not fade or discolor in various environments.

Step 4

Fabric Printing

The printing stage involves printing the design onto the fabric. Advanced printing technology is used to ensure that the pattern is clear, the colors are vivid, and it is durable.

Design and production of patterns

Our printing team will predict and design the most popular patterns for the next two quarters based on the most popular styles of the season. We have more than 500,000 fashionable and novel patterns to choose from.

Digital printing technology

The digital printing machine we use can use a small amount of pigment to make the pattern look clearer and more three-dimensional, which can not only reduce the pollution of pigment to the environment, but also help your fabric stand out among all products.

Quality control during printing

After obtaining the design from the design team, our printing team will adjust the dyeing system according to the number of colors in the design. Our printing machine has an advanced self-detection system that can quickly help staff find problems and reduce losses.

Step 5

Finishing

The finishing stage provides final processing to the fabric, including sorting, trimming and inspection to ensure that the quality of the final product meets the standards.

Fabric functionality and additives

Our finishing process can help the fabric cool and shape, and use a sueding machine to make the fabric fluffy. We will add additives to make the fabric softer or have a series of functions such as quick drying, antibacterial, and insect repellent to meet customer requirements.

Quality management

Our quality management starts with yarn suppliers. Our procurement department will evaluate whether the yarn and yarn production process of yarn suppliers meet international environmental standards and are sustainable. We will manage the process of producing fabrics to ensure that our products meet international standards and customer needs.

Final product packaging

Before packaging, we will use both manual and machine inspection to ensure that any problems with the fabric can be discovered and solved as soon as possible and that the fabric is properly packaged. We use automatic packaging machines to package all the fabrics.
